FreeWERM - Web-based Employee Report Module
Select one of the following links on the left side of the page:

  • The current page.
     
  • TIME CLOCK
  • Employees can punch in/out using their ID numbers on this page.
     
  • TIME CLOCK RPT
  • View reports on time clock activity by employee or date. Also can be used to correct erroneous time clock data, such as employees forgetting to punch in/out.

  • HR REPORTS
  • View reports displaying employees terminated, hired, or whose data has been altered within a user-entered time frame. Also create absentee reports.

  • NEW EMPLOYEE
  • Add a new employee to the database and create a PDF document containing their information for printing.

  • EMPLOYEE INFO
  • Look up information on employees in the database and modify their information.

  • PAYROLL DEPTS
  • Add a new department in which to place new/existing employees.

  • USER ACCESS
  • Create a user account for an existing employee that will enable them to use certain sections of FreeWERM.
    (For authorized users only)

     
  • NEW PASSWORD
  • Change the password that you use to enter FreeWERM .
    (Must be logged in)

     
  • LOG OUT
  • To access certain sections of the module, a password is required. Logging out will erase your login information and return you to this page.
